Training & Tournament Participation
By enrolling at M.H. Shotokan Karate Organisation (MSKO), parents and guardians acknowledge that training sessions, tournaments, and camps organized by MSKO involve rigorous physical activity that may carry an inherent risk of injury. While MSKO and its instructors take all reasonable safety precautions and maintain high coaching standards, MSKO is not responsible for any injury that may occur during training, tournaments, or camps conducted by us.
Events Organized by Other Bodies
For tournaments, seminars, or camps organized by other organisations that MSKO students may choose to participate in, MSKO is not responsible for any injury or incident that occurs during such external events. The responsibility and liability for participation in these external events rests solely with the student and their parent or guardian.
